Calling All Buffalo ReUse Members

Did anyone else get one of these lovely letters?

Maybe this is the newest in political thinking for the board of directors - just revoke everyone's membership and voila, automatic re-election. Though I do wonder why anyone would want to serve on this clusterfuck of a board.
John Curr of the local ACLU tells us this is in violation of NYS Not-for-Profit law, in that there's no provision for membership revocation in Buffalo ReUse's By-Laws, so NYS law applies and they require a due process method of revocation, in other words, an open and fair process. Oops!
